On May 19, 2020, a delegation led by Huang Zhiqiang, Vice Chairman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government; Sun Lijian, Deputy Director of the General Office; Jiang Hua, Director of the Local Financial Regulatory Bureau; Li Feng, President of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Inner Mongolia Branch; and Chen Zhineng, President of the Bank of China, Inner Mongolia Branch, paid a special visit to Inner Mongolia Xuyang New Materials Co., Ltd. for on-site observation, inspection, and research.

On May 19, 2020, a delegation led by Huang Zhiqiang, Vice Chairman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government; Sun Lijian, Deputy Director of the General Office; Jiang Hua, Director of the Local Financial Regulatory Bureau; Li Feng, President of ICBC Inner Mongolia Branch; and Chen Zhineng, President of Bank of China Inner Mongolia Branch, paid a special visit to Inner Mongolia Xuyang New Materials Co., Ltd. Accompanied by leaders such as Hao Mingsheng, Vice Mayor of Tongliao Municipal Government, and Zhang Hongfu, Secretary of the Huolinguole Municipal Party Committee, along with Vice Mayors Zhang Qinhui and Nie Wenhui, the delegation conducted an on-site observation, inspection, and research visit. Su Min, head of the Inner Mongolia company, accompanied the group throughout the tour and provided detailed introductions to the leaders regarding the company’s overall development, the first-phase aluminum powder production and sales operations, the progress of the second-phase aluminum-silver paste project, and the relevant production processes.

After listening to a report on the group's investment and development efforts in Inner Mongolia, Vice Chairman Huang Zhiqiang and his delegation toured the first-phase production facility and the second-phase construction site. They also gained a detailed understanding of the company's production processes for aluminum powder and aluminum-silver paste, as well as insights into product morphology, applications, and market sales performance. Meanwhile, leaders from the Autonomous Region’s Financial Bureau and banking institutions proactively inquired about the company’s financing needs during project construction and corporate growth. The leaders wholeheartedly praised Inner Mongolia Xuyang for achieving remarkable results in a short span of time, commending its effective approach of simultaneously advancing epidemic prevention and control while driving business development without compromise. They also expressed high expectations for the company’s future growth. In particular, Vice Chairman Huang emphasized that the local government will give top priority and robust support to Xuyang New Materials—a solid enterprise known for its high-value-added products and commitment to high-quality development—playing a vital role in helping Inner Mongolia realize its industrial aspirations.
Currently, Inner Mongolia Xuyang's Phase I project, an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of spherical aluminum powder, was officially put into operation in 2019. Meanwhile, Phase II, with an annual output of 20,000 tons of aluminum silver paste, began construction in April of this year. The project is scheduled to complete the factory building and install and commission the aluminum silver paste production line by September, paving the way for trial production. In addition, Phase II will also include the construction of a research and development center, enabling the company to delve deeper into innovation and continuously drive its sustainable growth.
The COVID-19 crisis has yet to be fully resolved, and during this extraordinary period, the autonomous region government’s leadership has been actively visiting enterprises and frontline sites to conduct field research. This demonstrates the region’s leaders’ recognition and care for the Xuyang Inner Mongolia project, as well as their commitment to supporting businesses by striving for high-quality production and development.
