04 Double-Layer Coated Product : After undergoing an organic-inorganic double-layer coating, the coating becomes denser and exhibits excellent solvent resistance; it also performs better in UV systems, remaining stable and less prone to gelation. Ideal for use in the UV industry.

Product Performance
Acid and alkali resistance
The sample was processed into paint using the same method, then applied as a coating film on test panels, which were subsequently dried appropriately. According to company standards, the panels were immersed in a 5% NaOH solution or a 5% H₂SO₄/HCl solution for a specified period. After removal from the solutions, the panels were thoroughly wiped clean before measuring any changes in the coating color. The alkali and acid resistance of the samples were evaluated by determining the color difference (ΔE*) using a colorimeter.

Voltage Resistance
Dielectric strength refers to the ability of a dried paint film to withstand breakdown when subjected to a specific voltage.
Simply put, dielectric strength refers to the maximum voltage at which a coating film remains non-conductive. To test this, aluminum paste is added to the paint—either according to standard specifications or as agreed upon with the customer—in a predetermined or customer-specified quantity. The mixture is then applied onto an ABS substrate to form a coating film sample, which is subsequently tested using a dielectric strength tester. Typically, the distance between the positive and negative electrodes is set around 10 mm, after which voltage is applied. The sample is observed for any signs of electrical breakdown or discharge. If no breakdown occurs within the specified time frame, the sample is deemed合格 (qualified/acceptable).

Suggested usage methods
• The resin-coated and double-coated aluminum silver paste series has a shelf life of 12 months when unopened. If the expiration date is exceeded, it’s recommended to conduct a small-scale trial before use. After formulating into paint, storage is advised to not exceed 6 months.
• Storage conditions: Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from open flames, water, corrosive substances, etc. Store at temperatures not exceeding 25°C and humidity levels below 60%. Seal the container immediately after handling.
