Spherical Aluminum Powder Preparation Process

 

Product Features

 

1. Uniform particle size, narrow distribution range, and high tapped density.


2. High sphericity, low impurities, and over 98% active aluminum.


3. It has a silver-gray appearance, extremely low moisture content, and can be stored for long periods.

 

 

Appearance: Silver-white to grayish powder, with the gray shade decreasing as particle size increases and increasing as particle size decreases.


Mirror View: Observed under a scanning electron microscope, it appears spherical with a strong metallic luster.

Usage Notes

Important Notes

Aluminum powder and aluminum paste should be stored and handled with care to avoid contact with water, acids, alkalis, and sources of ignition. Store in a controlled environment with temperatures maintained between 15–25°C (60–80°F), ensuring proper ventilation. Handle carefully—never tilt or allow impacts—and keep the product at least one meter away from any steam or heat sources.
 
If only a portion is used, the container should be sealed immediately after removal to prevent spoilage or oxidation. Additionally, avoid creating dust clouds when handling or transferring the product.
 
In case of fire, use dry sand or a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher—do not use water or any other type of extinguisher—and immediately move nearby containers to a safe location.
 
This product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture, provided it is stored under specified conditions.
