1 Green environmental protection

Using natural materials, it does not produce any pollution in the process of production, transportation and use, and the energy consumption for production and use is very low, at the same time, it does not produce radioactivity and pollutants in use, so it is an excellent green building material product. 

2 High quality and light weight 

The weight of autoclaved aerated concrete is 400-650kg/m3, which is 1/3 of the red brick and 1/4 of the concrete, therefore, it can effectively reduce the dead weight of the building, reduce the input of foundation and structure, and reduce the labor intensity during construction. 

3 Thermal insulation and energy saving 

When doing the outer enclosure structure, it can meet the national thermal insulation and energy saving requirements without auxiliary thermal insulation materials, and its thermal insulation performance is superior to that of ordinary concrete by more than ten times, and it is a thermal insulation material with superior heat insulation performance. 

4 Effective impermeability 

The small holes inside the product are all independent closed holes with a diameter of about 1-2mm, which can effectively prevent the spread of moisture. At the same time, the unique construction process technology can effectively prevent water seepage from slab joints and masonry gray joints. 

5 Fire and heat resistance 

The product itself is an inorganic non-combustible material, and the fireproof ability of 10cm thick wall can reach more than 4 hours, which is proved to be the ideal fireproof material. 

6 Noise insulation and reduction

Depending on the thickness of the wall and the surface treatment, the wall can be soundproofed from 30-60 dB. At the same time, due to the porous nature of the product, it is also a good sound-absorbing material. 

7 High-strength load-bearing 

The coefficient of strength utilization is greatly improved due to precise dimensions, six-sided cutting and the use of thin mortar masonry. The slabs can be configured with reinforcement according to the design requirements to meet various loading requirements. 

8 Economy and convenience 

A block is equivalent to 18 red bricks, and can be continuously masonry, not limited by the height of one masonry, can greatly improve the construction speed and reduce labor costs.
