Product Overview
By means of organic/inorganic coating, a uniform and dense coloring layer is formed on the surface of aluminum flakes, giving the aluminum pigments exceptional properties such as high metallic luster, excellent hiding power, outstanding weather resistance, and superior acid- and alkali-resistance—while also delivering vibrant, rich color effects. Organic-colored aluminum is created by grafting organic pigment powders with silver paste, enhanced with advanced polymer protection for consistently rich, stable colors and excellent heat tolerance. Inorganic-colored aluminum, on the other hand, features water-based silver paste encapsulated with iron oxide, producing a pearlescent-like effect while maintaining a striking metallic finish. It also boasts remarkable heat resistance and chemical stability against acids and bases. These products are widely used across industries such as powder coatings, automotive paints, inks, 3C electronics, and UV applications.

2. Currently, inorganic color aluminum is primarily available as a powder material, suitable for water-based, oil-based, and powder coatings. If you need adjustments in terms of state or solvent type, please consult with our company’s technical team first for confirmation.
3. The above parameters are provided based on internal testing standards; actual performance will depend on the customer’s specific tests. Particle size, solid content, and other parameters can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
