In the blink of an eye, 2021 has already passed its halfway point. From July 15 to 18, the Xuyang Group’s 2021 Mid-Year Summary and Sharing Conference took place as scheduled, bringing together nearly 300 employee representatives at Huashan. Together, they reviewed the first half of the year—identifying both successes and challenges—while also outlining clear directions and priorities for the second half.

01 Never forget the original aspiration
On the 15th, employee representatives from branch offices and representative offices across the country gathered at the Tongling base, toured the production workshops, explored the products firsthand—and gained a deeper understanding of both how and why they work. They then retraced their steps to the Huashan Factory, revisiting the very site where Xuyang was born, reminding themselves of their original aspirations.
02 Corporate Culture Special Report
Zhou Zhizhong, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Group, and Zhang Yanyang, Deputy General Manager of the Group, respectively delivered work reports on the core-level culture and the group's corporate culture-building initiatives.
Chairman Zhu Shuangshan stated: "Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise, and the core-level culture is particularly the unique management philosophy of Xuyang Group. We sincerely hope that all core-level members will take the lead and set an example, contributing their strength to the group's growth. 03 Department Special Report
Department heads from branches and offices across the region took turns on stage, presenting detailed reports on their departments' overall performance in the first half of 2021, all under the principle of "absolute transparency."
Addressing the situation in the first half of the year, Chairman Zhu Shuangshan emphasized the areas where each department fell short and outlined clear directions for improvement. He expressed his hope that all branches and offices would consistently keep in mind the eight-character guideline—“Save Energy, Reduce Consumption, Enhance Efficiency (Rate), and Boost Benefits”—in their daily operations.
