The Xuyang Group's 2021 Year-End Summary Meeting and the 2022 New Year Mobilization Conference took place as scheduled. Chairman Zhu Shuangshan delivered a detailed analysis of the group's performance over the past year, covering areas such as operations, management, production, R&D, sales, as well as future development plans. Zhang Yanyang, Deputy General Manager of the Group, delivered a comprehensive report to everyone present on the company’s cultural development efforts for 2021. She highlighted the key achievements of the group’s core leadership team over the past year, emphasizing the duties and responsibilities of its members. As the assistant to the Chairman and head of the Inner Mongolia company, Shu Min stands out as the individual with the highest integrity score among the group's core leadership team. Drawing from his own remarkable journey, he powerfully testifies: "When you put your heart into it, you’ll reap the rewards; every effort will bring tangible results." Having joined Xuyang for an internship during his sophomore summer break, Shu has steadily climbed the ranks—from operator and technician to various levels of management—and has seamlessly transitioned across locations, from Huashan to Hengbu, and from Shandong to Inner Mongolia. Through his words and actions, he exemplifies the guiding principles of Xuyang’s core leadership, setting a shining example for others. Moreover, his exceptional performance has earned him widespread recognition, making him a celebrated figure among Xuyang’s post-90s executive team.

Ma Hongli, Assistant to the Chairman and Head of the International Marketing Department, is also a standout representative of Xuyang’s core leadership team. Though a woman, she proves every bit as capable as her male counterparts. She’s tirelessly working on the front lines of business, always at the cutting edge of the industry—braving both scorching heat and freezing cold, undeterred by challenging environmental conditions. To everyone at Xuyang, she’s the epitome of a strong, resilient woman, single-handedly building Xuyang’s renowned “Iron Ladies” force with unwavering determination, overcoming countless obstacles along the way.
