Know the enemy and know yourself, and you can fight a hundred battles without danger. The group's sales representatives and all new employees visited the production workshop to learn about the product manufacturing process—only by truly understanding Xuyang can you truly appreciate Xuyang. A delegation from Huashan Factory, the birthplace, looks back at Xuyang as it was two decades ago. This year’s mid-year conference once again marked a highlight moment, successfully taking place amid today’s challenging environment. Together, Xuyang employees reflected on the past, learned from experiences, and committed to continuous improvement. 03 Cultivating a cultural DNA, forging Century Xuyang
Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise. Zhang Yanyang, Deputy General Manager of the Group, delivered a special report on the company’s cultural initiatives for the first half of the year, highlighting the current status of core-level cultural development and outlining the revised Core-Level Management System.

Building and implementing corporate culture relies on the united efforts of the group’s six core-level sub-centers. The International Sales Sub-center, Inner Mongolia Sub-center, Production Sub-center, R&D Sub-center, Administrative Management Sub-center, and Domestic Sales Sub-center—each led by their respective directors (or deputy directors/representatives)—took to the stage to share their insights, experiences, and personal reflections on the core principles of the company’s culture with everyone in attendance.

04 Believe in the Power of an Outstanding Team
After 20 years of relentless progress, Xuyang has grown into a high-tech enterprise with four major production bases, two import-export trading companies, and five directly managed regional offices under its umbrella. At the mid-year gala event, leaders from each branch and office took the stage one by one to present their achievements from the first half of the year.
Chairman Zhu Shuangshan carefully listened to the summary report, raised questions and identified areas for improvement regarding the development of each department, and urged all departments to fully leverage their respective functions, address gaps, strive for excellence, and contribute actively to the group’s growth.
