01 Summarize the past, look forward to the future

Holding the annual conference twice a year has long become a part of Xuyang's culture. On the sixth day of the first lunar month, coinciding with the vibrant Spring Festival, Xuyang employees once again gathered at the company's birthplace—Huashan—to kick off the 2022 Year-End Summary and Sharing Session, as well as the 2023 New Year Mobilization Meeting.

Chairman Zhu Shuangshan emphasized that the year-end meeting is a precious opportunity for Xuyang family members from across regions to gather, learn from one another, and exchange ideas. In 2022, we achieved certain accomplishments, yet there are still many areas that require improvement. The annual conference serves not only as a platform to summarize and share our past experiences but also as a forum to discuss and map out the direction of our future work. Over the course of the five-day event, everyone worked tirelessly, seizing every moment to reflect deeply—and ultimately walked away with invaluable insights and takeaways.

The Wang Guiling Working Group from the Group's Core-Level Cultural Construction Management Center delivered the group’s 2022 annual report on corporate culture development, officially kicking off this year’s conference. Following that, representatives from each of the group’s sub-centers took the stage to share their personal insights on the theme of corporate culture, sparking a vibrant exchange of ideas that highlighted the captivating essence of Xuyang Culture.

03 Believe in the Power of Teamwork

The annual meeting is not only an annual review but also a platform for sharing achievements throughout the year. Heads of departments from branches and offices across the group took the stage to deliver focused reports on their departments' overall progress in 2022 and outline their work plans for 2023.

Chairman Zhu Shuangshan carefully listened to work reports from each department, acknowledging their achievements while also highlighting the key issues facing each team. He provided guidance on how to improve, set higher expectations, and emphasized the need for continuous optimization of management processes to steadily enhance overall work quality.
