The Xuyang 2016 Year-End Summary Conference and New Year Mobilization Meeting was grandly held at 8:00 a.m. on the first day of 2017 in Huashan Village, the birthplace of Xuyang Company. A total of 213 employees from production, administration, and sales departments attended the gathering. During the meeting, many employees remained at their posts. On behalf of everyone, we’d like to extend a heartfelt "Happy New Year!" to all our wonderful Xuyang team members—you’ve worked so hard! At the opening ceremony, General Manager Mr. Zhu Shuangdan delivered an inspiring keynote speech, emphasizing Xuyang’s unwavering work ethic: "Go all out, take bold risks, and fight with unwavering determination." He also underscored the importance of adhering to Xuyang’s core principles—thoughtful planning, meticulous task division, regular inspections, thorough summarization, and measurable outcomes.

At the meeting, General Manager Mr. Zhu Shuangshan delivered the opening remarks, delivering a significant speech and introducing Xuyang's guiding work ethos: "Go all out, stake everything on one card, and fight with unwavering determination." He also emphasized putting into practice Xuyang's professional approach—focusing on "thinking more, assigning tasks meticulously, conducting frequent checks, ensuring thorough summaries, and maintaining measurability."
"Xuyang's outstanding employees are made through hard work, not selected," emphasized Mr. Zhu Shuangdan, the General Manager, at the meeting. He stressed that only by truly rolling up their sleeves and getting down to business can employees earn the title of Xuyang's true outstanding staff. Hard work builds Xuyang—effort leads to success!
New employees are the fresh blood of Xuyang—and they are the driving force behind the company’s future growth. The company has always placed great importance on nurturing and developing its new talent. At the same time, this group of new employees is encouraged to work even harder, fully integrate into the company, and unlock their full potential, creating maximum value for both themselves and the organization.
