Heads of branches and office departments from various regions took the stage one by one to deliver focused reports on their department’s business development and cultural initiatives for 2024, as well as their work plans for the coming year. Chairman Zhu Shuangshan carefully listened to reports from each department, highlighting the key issues hindering their progress and offering clear guidance for improvement as well as outlining plans for future development. Cheerful songs and laughter welcome the New Year

Xuyang's development would not have been possible without the care and support from leaders across various sectors. As the New Year approaches, Gao Jinzhi, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Hulunbuir Municipal People's Congress and Chairman of the General Trade Union, traveled thousands of miles to visit the Huashan site, bringing with her heartfelt New Year greetings from the Hulunbuir Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, and other esteemed leaders—specifically from the vast grasslands.

The accompanying Horqin Gol Ulan Musicians Troupe presented a vibrant, grassland-themed performance for all the members of the Xuyang family, earning thunderous applause from the audience. Meanwhile, the carefully crafted performances by each branch center beautifully concluded this year’s gala with laughter and joy filling the air.
