June 2025 marks the 24th National "Safety Production Month." To strengthen safety awareness across the board and enhance practical safety skills, Xuyang New Materials has launched a series of activities at its various bases—ranging from emergency response drills and safety knowledge competitions to comprehensive hazard inspections throughout the plant area, as well as specialized safety training sessions. These initiatives aim to reinforce safety responsibilities, solidify the foundation of safe production, and ensure the steady advancement of safety-related efforts.

01 Safety Month Kick-off Meeting & Emergency Response Drill
On June 10, Zhou Zhizhong, Deputy General Manager of Administration, led the organization of the Safety Month Kick-off Meeting and a practical emergency response drill. The event focused on fire safety, systematically covering key topics such as fire hazard analysis, essential emergency evacuation techniques, proper operation of firefighting equipment, and effective fire prevention measures.

Through immersive experiences such as fire escape simulations and hands-on fire extinguisher training, employees have effectively strengthened their awareness of fire emergency response, enabling them to clearly understand the fire emergency procedures, confidently and correctly use firefighting equipment, and comprehensively enhance their ability to respond swiftly to unexpected incidents.
02 Safety Knowledge Competition
On June 10, the "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond" safety knowledge competition was held at the Inner Mongolia production base. The competition featured a variety of question types, using a competitive format to promote safety knowledge and enabling participants to deepen their understanding of safety principles as they answered the questions.

03 Fire Emergency Drill
To strengthen employees' fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, the Lu'an production base conducted a 2025 annual emergency fire drill simultaneously with the Inner Mongolia production base on June 15.

The Lu'an production base meticulously recreated realistic fire scenarios, featuring multiple hands-on drills such as alarm response, initial fire suppression, and orderly evacuation procedures. During the immersive training exercises, employees systematically learned critical skills—including fire assessment, emergency equipment operation, and safe evacuation route planning—effectively enhancing their ability to respond promptly and manage emergencies, as well as improving their capacity for self-rescue and mutual assistance in the event of a fire.

The emergency fire drill at the Inner Mongolia production base also unfolded in an orderly manner, focusing on simulating real-life fire scenarios. Practical training was conducted around key procedures such as alarm response, initial fire suppression, and safe evacuation of personnel. Through these drills, employees mastered essential emergency response techniques, further strengthening their safety awareness and enhancing their ability to work collaboratively in crisis situations.
This joint drill between the two major production bases not only tested the feasibility of the fire emergency response plan but also fortified a solid safety barrier for the company's secure operations.
04 Comprehensive Safety Hazard Inspection Across the Entire Factory Area
On June 17, the Hefei production base launched a comprehensive safety hazard inspection campaign across all operational areas, aiming to enhance the participation of every employee in ensuring safe production. Through a "carpet-style" approach to identifying potential risks, the initiative encouraged workers to shift from a mindset of "passive safety" to "proactive safety," effectively strengthening their ability to recognize and mitigate nearby hazards.

At the same time, the Inner Mongolia production base also launched a company-wide safety hazard identification campaign, leveraging the safety grid-based three-level inspection mechanism to organize and conduct comprehensive safety risk assessments across the entire organization. This initiative encourages employees to spot potential safety issues in their immediate surroundings, fostering greater awareness of safe production practices and helping to improve the overall production environment.

05 All-Staff Safety Training
On June 19, Xuyang New Materials' various production bases successively organized specialized training sessions on safety knowledge. This round of training focused on core topics such as laws and regulations on safe production, job-specific safety operating procedures, analysis of typical accident cases, and measures for preventing fire hazards along with emergency response strategies—aiming to further enhance employees' safety awareness and strengthen adherence to safe operation standards.
