This immersive experience is like a bridge, guiding employees from "getting to know Xuyang" to "understanding Xuyang," ultimately leading them to the heartwarming haven of "embracing Xuyang." The twice-yearly annual conference has been a distinctive cultural symbol that Xuyang has upheld for many years. Over 300 employee representatives from the company’s five major production bases and five regional offices across China have braved mountains and seas to gather together in Huashan—their birthplace, a "blessed land" that holds cherished memories of Xuyang—for a grand spiritual feast unique to the people of Xuyang.

At the beginning of the mid-year meeting, the entire audience joined in a heartfelt chorus of "The Motherland Will Never Forget." The sincerity embedded in the melody perfectly captured the genuine emotions of the Xuyang team—feelings that may not always be voiced aloud, yet remain deeply etched in their hearts. This gratitude is extended to every friend who has shown care, support, and assistance in helping Xuyang thrive. Zhu Shuangdan, Chairwoman and leader of the core leadership team, emphasized: "Xuyang holds two annual meetings each year, investing significant manpower and resources without hesitation—precisely because we aim to create a rare platform for learning and sharing, fostering unity, synergy, and collective growth. I encourage everyone to embrace this four-day event with an open mind, a humble attitude, and a grateful heart, making every moment count as we strive to make the most of this invaluable opportunity."

“What is corporate culture? Why is it essential to build a strong corporate culture? And how can we bring this culture to life in every aspect of our organization?” The true implementation of corporate culture hinges on subtly yet powerfully influencing each individual—something that can be achieved by leading with the core values and establishing channels that are fair, open, and transparent.

Liu Wenbin, Deputy Head of the Core Leadership Team and Assistant to the Chairman, delivered a special report on the company's cultural development efforts during the first half of the year. He addressed critical questions such as, "What kind of culture does Xuyang need today? How can the enterprise achieve lasting success over the next century?" and emphasized the clear leadership role that the core team must play in shaping Xuyang's enduring legacy. Additionally, he systematically reviewed the incremental achievements made in embedding the core corporate culture throughout the first half of the year.


Building and implementing corporate culture relies heavily on the cooperation and efforts of each branch center. Directors of the branch centers, along with outstanding representatives from the core leadership team, elaborated on the mission and vision of the company’s culture, as well as the progress and development of cultural implementation at their respective centers—sharing insights and experiences about the unique appeal of Xuyang’s culture with Xuyang family members both online and offline.

Over two decades of trials and triumphs—through both sunshine and storms—the once humble, grassroots beginnings of Xuyang have blossomed into a thriving force, nurturing a research and development team of over 100 talented individuals and a dedicated workforce of nearly 1,000. With cutting-edge application-testing capabilities and an extensive IT-driven sales network spanning more than 60 countries and regions, Xuyang continues to lead the way in its industry.
Heads of each center and department successively reported on their first-half work and team-building efforts. At the same time, they shared insights into how to integrate and embed the company’s core culture, as well as specific initiatives aimed at strengthening cultural practices, thereby conveying and showcasing Xuyang’s operational achievements from the first half of the year to all attendees.
