In 1997, a young man from a farmer's family came out of school to work in an aluminum paste factory in Jiangsu Province. Since then, he has been closely related to this new material and has become a lifelong career.

Zhu Shuangdan suffered a lot from his sales work, but he also got training from it and grew from green hand to the business elite.

In the next few years of his business career, Zhu Shuang worked very hard no matter how difficult it is. Even if he met customers who were very tough to communicate with, which could not stop him from making progress.

At that time, there were few aluminum paste enterprises in China, and the high-end market was monopolized by foreign enterprises. The raw materials and formulas were in the hands of foreigners, and their sales price was high with low cost, which can be seen as extravagant profits. A lot of money was earned by foreigners, which not only wasted foreign exchange, but also was easy to be stuck by others. " Zhu Shuangdan recalled.

An industry that can't compete with foreign enterprises can only be controlled by others. Realizing this, Mr. Zhu Shuangdan has an idea in his mind. Instead of waiting for the progress of the industry, why not set up his own factory, control destiny in his own hands, and win over in the market!

In his spare time, he began to search for a lot of information, and went deep into the workshop to learn. After understanding the process and production principle of aluminum paste production, he began to learn production management. After a period of accumulation, his idea of establishing a factory became more firm.

In 2002, with all his belongings, Zhu Shuangdan returned to his hometown Huashan village and started his business.

In order to save money, Zhu Shuangdan spent his limited financial resources on equipment and raw materials. In the three simple brick houses, Zhu Shuangdan led three fellow villagers to overcome one difficulty after another in the production process with two sets of simple production equipment and his own experience. This Spring Festival, Zhu Shuangdan only had one day off.

Two months later, the first batch of 16 barrels of aluminum paste were successfully delivered to customers, and Zhu Shuangdan successfully earned the first pot of gold for entrepreneurship. Sunrise, born from now on!

18 years later, this small factory, which used to be a rural family workshop, has developed into a leading enterprise with five major production bases and an output value of nearly one billion yuan. Its products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions such as Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and its total output of aluminum powder and paste is the largest in China.

After independent research and development, they have successively developed new products such as water-based aluminum pigment, aluminum pellets for plastic, special aluminum pigment for automobile original paint and rainbow aluminum paste with illusion effect. Once launched, they are welcomed by many customers. At the same time, it has obtained dozens of invention patents, and has presided over the formulation of industry standards for many times, and has won many technical awards, among which the water-based aluminum pigment of energy saving and environmental protection has won the "Second prize of Anhui Province for scientific and technological progress".

However, Sunrise people who have never been in touch with the production process of spherical aluminum powder have no idea how to produce this familiar and strange product.

Mr.Zhu Shuangdan has never been afraid of challenges. Starting from scratch! Finally, after two years of exploration and accumulation, the first spherical aluminum powder production line of Sunrise was built in his hometown in 2013.

In 2016, Sunrise cooperated with Shandong Xinfa group, the largest electrolytic aluminum plant in China, and adopted new production technology to produce spherical aluminum powder in Shandong Xinfa Industrial Park. The production capacity expanded to an annual output of 20000 tons. Sunrise also became the only domestic manufacturer that directly used molten aluminum to produce aluminum powder, breaking the traditional process from molten aluminum to aluminum ingot and then to aluminum powder, greatly reducing energy consumption, And improve the quality of aluminum powder.

In 2017, Mr.Zhu Shuangdan, with foresight, set sail again. In huolingole Aluminum Industrial Park, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia, he invested in a new Sunrise new material industrial park with an annual output of 200000 tons of aluminum powder and 100000 tons of aluminum paste.
