Xuyang Group's Inner Mongolia production base, located in Holingol, Inner Mongolia, broke ground in 2018. The project is planned to cover a total area of 800 mu, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of aluminum powder and 100,000 tons of functional aluminum pigments.

On April 18, 2018, the first-phase project of Xuyang's Inner Mongolia production base officially broke ground.

On May 1, 2019, the first-phase project of Xuyang's Inner Mongolia production base was successfully put into operation.

Since its inception, Xuyang's Inner Mongolia production base has received strong support from the Horqin Gol League Committee and Municipal Government in areas such as favorable policies and administrative services. Moving forward, Xuyang will continue to increase financial investments and expand its production capacity, striving to make an even greater contribution to local economic development and social progress.
