From April 15 to 18, 2025, the four-day CHINAPLAS 2025 International Plastics and Rubber Exhibition kicked off grandly at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an).

This time at the exhibition, Xuyang New Materials proudly showcased a wide range of featured products, with special highlights including carbon black, aluminum pigments tailored for plastics and coatings, colored aluminum pigments, as well as modified passivated copper-gold powders and silicon-coated copper-gold powders.
■ Xuyang Carbon Black:
Our company offers a comprehensive range of carbon black products, including high-pigment, medium-pigment, and standard-grade varieties, widely used in industries such as automotive, electronics, industrial seals, sheet materials, and membrane applications. We provide specialized application testing equipment, along with professional technical support and rigorous quality assurance.
■ Xuyang Plastic's Specialty Aluminum Pigment:
① Easy Dispersion, Low-Defect Series: Utilizing a brand-new process, this series enhances the compatibility between aluminum flakes and resin, effectively improving the dispersion of silver bars in PP and ABS while minimizing dispersion defects during injection molding.
② Low-Flow Mark Series: Aluminum sheets undergo a special process that effectively reduces flow mark issues during injection molding.
③ PC-Dedicated Series: Utilizing a new process and coating treatment to enhance the compatibility between aluminum flakes and PC, thereby mitigating the impact of aluminum pigments on the reduced impact performance of PC. This results in product performance that is approximately 70% higher compared to systems using PE wax.
④ Pearl Sand Series: Coating treatment effectively reduces dust issues when using glass pearls.
■ Xuyang Color Aluminum Pigment:
By coating aluminum sheets with organic polymer pigments or inorganic metal oxides, a uniform and dense coloring layer is formed, enabling the colored aluminum to retain its high metallic texture and excellent opacity. At the same time, the material exhibits outstanding properties such as temperature resistance, weather durability, and resistance to acids and alkalis, while offering vibrant and diverse color effects. It is widely used in industries including powder coatings, injection molding, automotive paints, inks, 3C products, and UV applications.
■ Xuyang Copper Gold Powder
This exhibition highlights the newly modified passivated copper-gold powder and silicon-coated copper-gold powder, better meeting the diverse needs of customers across various industries.
Passivated Copper Gold Powder:
After surface treatment with a passivating agent to reduce its reactivity, the product exhibits enhanced temperature resistance and demonstrates significantly improved stability in aqueous systems. This product is suitable for applications such as water-based acrylic resin ink systems, low-temperature baking coatings, low-temperature injection molding, and color masterbatch formulations.
Silicon-Coated Copper-Gold Powder:
By employing silica surface-coating technology, a dense protective layer is formed on the surface of copper-gold powder, giving it exceptional physicochemical stability and high-temperature resistance. This product is ideal for applications in industries such as plastics, silicone rubber, high-temperature injection molding, powder coatings, and baked finishes—processes that involve exposure to elevated temperatures.
