To further enhance the quality of talent cultivation, strengthen industry-education integration and university-enterprise collaboration, and boost students' innovation and practical skills while improving enterprises' market competitiveness, the signing ceremony for the university-enterprise partnership between Xuyang Group and Bengbu University was held grandly at Xuyang Group on June 2, 2019.
To further enhance the quality of talent cultivation, strengthen industry-education integration and university-enterprise collaboration, and boost students' innovation and practical skills while improving enterprises' market competitiveness, the signing ceremony for the university-enterprise partnership between Xuyang Group and Bengbu University was held grandly at Xuyang Group on June 2, 2019.
Attending the signing ceremony were Ding Ming, President of Bengbu College; Lü Bu, Deputy Director of the Development Planning Office; Wang Guangrong, Vice Dean of the School of Materials and Chemical Engineering; Li Shengfeng, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office; Professor Li Zongqun from the School of Materials and Chemical Engineering; Zhu Shuangshan, Chairman of Xuyang Group; and Zhou Zhizhong, Executive Vice President, among others.
Before the signing ceremony began, both sides engaged in a brief tour and a short exchange. Zhu Shuang, Chairman of Xuyang Group, shared with everyone an overview of the group's development. Following that, President Ding introduced the talent cultivation plan and general profile of Bengbu University to the attendees, emphasizing the university's commitment to fostering collaboration with industry partners in the field of new materials. He expressed the institution's willingness to jointly establish the "Xuyang Classroom" with Xuyang Group, further strengthening their strategic partnership in nurturing technical talent.

Collaborative Teacher Development
Following industry development trends, we will collaborate to establish a talent cultivation and employment base. Xuyang will reward and attract outstanding graduates through scholarships,助学金 (student aid), and other forms of financial support, helping the university strengthen its talent pipeline and build a robust talent-development framework. At the same time, we will serve as a vital bridge between academia and industry, ensuring the effective implementation of our talent cultivation initiatives.
Joint Qualification Building
Jointly establish a "Industry-Academia-Research" collaboration base to support students' graduation design projects, prioritize providing the necessary research outcomes, and collaboratively undertake related scientific research and development initiatives.
Inclusive Curriculum
Drawing on advanced experiences in industry-university collaboration, we will introduce appropriate teaching and practical components, establish the collaborative "Xuyang Classroom" concept, and vigorously promote the integrated development of "university-industry partnerships."
Venue Sharing
Bengbu College welcomes Xuyang to campus to promote the company’s image and share information on talent and technology needs. At the same time, the college regularly organizes “Xuyang Classroom” sessions, inviting students to visit and gain hands-on experience at Xuyang Group. In return, Xuyang provides students with practical internship opportunities, helping to maximize the utilization of training resources.
Platform Sharing
Jointly establish an information platform to make industry-university collaborative training smarter and more transparent, enabling the university to gain a clearer, more intuitive understanding of Xuyang's training needs, while allowing Xuyang to better track the development of its trainees.
Information sharing
Establish and solidify a mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation and exchange, regularly conducting research and discussions on aspects such as educational direction, talent development goals, institutional frameworks, disciplinary structures, and workforce demands, thereby fostering a mutually beneficial community of shared interests.
Finally, both parties held a ceremony marking the signing and unveiling of their industry-academia-research collaboration agreement. Zhu Shuangshan, Chairman of Xuyang Group, and Ding Ming, President of Bengbu College, exchanged signed documents and jointly unveiled the plaque, officially launching Bengbu College’s “Xuyang Classroom.” This initiative further deepens the partnership between the university and the enterprise, expanding channels for talent cultivation and development. It not only enables our company to attract more high-quality professionals but also provides valuable support and assistance to the college in nurturing application-oriented talents.
