Silver bars are composed of aluminum powder, additives, and a carrier material. The aluminum powder—also known as aluminum flakes—in the silver bars has a tiny, coin-like or cornflake-shaped appearance, with particle sizes ranging from 5 to 100 μm. Aluminum makes up about 80% of the silver bar, while the remaining 20% consists of the carrier material and additives. These silver bars can withstand temperatures as high as 280°C (for 5 minutes) when embedded in plastic.

Specifically designed for plastic systems, it is primarily used in industries such as home appliances, automotive interior and exterior trim, mobile phone casings, films, profiles, and color masterbatch production. It is suitable for materials including PE, PP, PC, PC/ABS, ABS, PS, ASA, and more. 

Usage Notes 
 
How to use 
 
! Simply add it directly to the plastic pellets, stir gently at low speed until evenly mixed, and then proceed with pelletizing (similar to how color masterbatches are used). 
 
Suggested addition amount 
 
! Masterbatch Production: Add 20%–30%. Plastic Coloring: Add 0.5%–2% (adjust based on desired effect). 
 
Important Notes 
 
! Due to the unique physical structure of the pigments in this product line, avoid high shear and multiple granulation processes during use to prevent damage to the metal materials themselves, which could cause the pigments to turn black!
