It delivers outstanding performance across flexographic, gravure, and screen-printing applications. Xuyang's "ST Series Ink-Grade Striped Aluminum Pigment" is easy to use and exhibits excellent solubility in most organic solvents—excluding halogenated hydrocarbons and alkanes—such as common alcohols, ethers, ketones, and esters. It also demonstrates outstanding compatibility with a wide range of resin systems, including acrylics, polyurethanes, PVB, cellulose-based materials, saturated polyesters, alkyd resins, and chlorinated vinyl resins. Moreover, even small addition levels are sufficient to achieve remarkable results during application.
The Xuyang WHT series of water-based ink silver paste products are developed based on our company's proprietary water-based silver paste, featuring high brightness, excellent alkali resistance, superior opacity, and easy solubility. Usage Notes
How to Use
！ First, weigh out an appropriate amount of silver rods and soak them in an equal volume of diluent. You may optionally apply gentle stirring until they are fully dispersed, then proceed to add them to the resin system for continued dispersion—always ensuring low-shear conditions throughout the process.
！ Oil-based silver flakes are recommended to be dispersed using ester solvents, while water-based silver flakes are best dispersed with water or ethanol.
！ Other usage instructions are the same as for regular silver paste.
Storage Method
！ This product is non-hazardous.
！ Store away from light, moisture, and heat. When not in use, tightly seal the bag to prevent oxygen and other contaminants from entering.
！ Oil-based silver strips have a shelf life of 6 months, while water-based silver strips last for 12 months.
！ The packaging for oil-based silver ink sticks is 10 kg per barrel; for water-based silver ink sticks, it’s 7.5 kg per barrel.
