The spray-free, dedicated aluminum pigment is a solid particle product created by coating aluminum silver paste with advanced polymer materials and subsequent deashing treatment. It boasts excellent properties such as outstanding compatibility with plastics, easy dispersion, minimal odor, and safety—specifically, it doesn’t generate dust during processing. This makes it ideal for use in materials like PP, PE, ABS, and PC/ABS. Typically, adding just 1–3% of this pigment is enough to achieve a superb metallic effect, and in certain resins, it can even deliver brightness levels comparable to those achieved with traditional paint finishes.
