Usage Notes
Friendly Reminder
! Always test a sample before using aluminum silver paste each time.
! To disperse aluminum pigment, use a pre-dispersion method: First, select an appropriate solvent and add it to the aluminum pigment at a ratio of 1:1.2. Slowly stir until thoroughly mixed, then pour the mixture into the prepared base material.
! Avoid using high-speed dispersing equipment for extended periods during the mixing process.
! Aluminum pigment should be stored in tightly sealed containers at a temperature range of 15–35°C.
! Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, rain, and excessively humid environments.
! After opening, seal immediately to prevent solvent evaporation and oxidation that could lead to failure.
! Aluminum pigments may dry out or become contaminated during long-term storage. Please retest before use to prevent any loss.
! Aluminum pigment caught fire—do not use water to extinguish it; instead, use specialized dry sand for firefighting.
! If a small amount of aluminum pigment gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and consult a doctor.
